Mortgages - what you need to know
Not only do you need to consider which mortgage is best for you, you need to think about which interest rate options are most likely to suit your needs. This page has information on the various types of mortgage available.
Your home or propertyhome may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
For residential mortgages a fee of 250 is payable on completion and for Buy to Let mortgages a fee of 150 is payable on completion. We will also be paid a fee by the lender.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) does not regulate some aspects of buy to let mortgages.
